Order and Delivery Process

Please contact us via phone, fax, email, or our online inquiry form with your Vehicle Inspection Certificate (Shaken-sho) ready. Feel free to inquire about part matching and compatibility, as we also carry various universal parts.
Inventory Check
We will check the availability of the requested parts and provide you with information regarding stock status, price, and the condition of the parts.
 Ordering & Payment
Once you decide to purchase, we will begin preparing the item for shipment. Please transfer the payment to our designated bank account.
(Note: Items will be shipped once the payment has been confirmed.)
 Shipping & Delivery
Before shipping, we perform a final quality check. To ensure the safe arrival of your order, all items are strictly and carefully packaged before being dispatched.

Payment Consultation
Please consult with us if there are any circumstances that may delay your payment.

Order Cancellation
If payment is not received by the specified deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Inventory Availability
Due to high daily demand, items may sell out before your order is finalized. In such cases, we will either offer a comparable alternative or cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon arrival, please inspect the condition of the product in the presence of the delivery driver.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for unused items within 7 days of arrival.
(Please notify us in advance via email or phone before returning any items.)
For returns due to customer convenience, all shipping costs and related fees shall be borne by the customer.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived.
  • The product has been installed, modified, or painted.
  • The product was damaged while in the customer's possession.
  • Any other returns based solely on the customer's personal circumstances.

Cancellations:
If a cancellation occurs due to the customer's circumstances, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping costs and a cancellation fee.

Shipping Damage
In the event of damage caused during transit, please contact us on the same day the item arrives.

Damage Claims
As a general rule, claims for damage or defacement during transit must be filed against the shipping carrier. While we take great care to package all items securely, please inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery driver upon arrival.

Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments
In the unlikely event that a product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
